CODE OF CONDUCT
Our commitment to a safe and respectful community
HER Zouk Society is committed to providing a welcoming, safe, and respectful environment for all participants. This code of conduct applies to all our events, classes, and community interactions.
RESPECT & CONSENT
Always ask for consent before dancing with someone. Respect personal boundaries and accept when someone declines a dance. No means no, always.
PHYSICAL SAFETY
Dance within your skill level and your partner's comfort zone. Never force movements or ignore signs of discomfort. Report any injuries immediately.
INCLUSION & DIVERSITY
We celebrate dancers of all backgrounds, experience levels, body types, and identities. Discrimination, harassment, or bullying of any kind will not be tolerated.
OPEN COMMUNICATION
If you experience or witness behavior that violates this code, please reach out to any HER Zouk Society organizer. We take all reports seriously and handle them with discretion.
ACCOUNTABILITY
Violations of this code may result in removal from events, revocation of membership, or other appropriate actions. We prioritize the safety of our community above all else.
